Open Studio Punch Card - CURRENT STUDENTS ONLY
Check out online for a five hour or ten-hour open studio punch card. If you come to EPIC regularly, this options saves you the trouble of constantly checking out. Optional for current students only — otherwise, you may pay at the end of open studio.
If you’ve never been to an open studio at EPIC, here’s how it works!
Open studios sessions are walk-in, independent studio times with a $10/hr rate + $1 per pound of studio clay used. The hourly rate covers firings and use of studio glazes. Students may practice skills, continue working on projects, and enjoy our friendly, community atmosphere while creating.
We do not teach beginner wheel lessons during Open Studio. Wheels are reserved for current students and those with prior experience. If you have previous wheel experience outside of our studio, please email epicclaystudio@chwckck.org to inquire. Additionally, we cannot accomodate large batches or production pottery, as we are a small, beginner-focused studio.
No experience required for handbuilding. New walk-in students will be given a brief studio tour and hand building demo to get started.
For groups larger than 3 people, email to inquire about availability.
